Jeremy Leland

Class of 2013

Dr. Jeremy Leland was born in Houston, Texas and was raised in the hill country town of Bandera. He graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio with a B.S. in Biology in 2002. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio Dental School in 2007 earning his D.D.S. He was also elected into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor Society. He is currently a resident in the University of Texas Health Science Center Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Residency attending the UTHSCSA Medical School. Jeremy and his wife, Sarah, have one daughter, Emma, born in May of 2007. His interests outside of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery include wakeboarding, golf, listening to live music, and spending time with his family. The diversity in presentation and complexity in managing each oral and maxillofacial surgery patient has motivated Dr. Leland to pursue a career in OMS.
